Hello everyone!
I recently applied for insurance with a company called Primerica Life Insurance. I’m not familiar with them at all, so I thought I’d ask here in hopes that someone has heard of them. Are they legitimate?
I have a negative view of that company. They’re legitimate, though. However, I believe they might kind of be a MLM.
Got it. Where’s the negative view coming from? Can you explain what an MLM is?
You can Google MLM. It’s not a pyramid scheme but has similarities. I think the negative view could come from disgruntled former employees.
MLM stands for Multi-Level Marketing. While some think it’s like a pyramid scheme, it’s not and is actually legal. For example, if someone recruits you into the company, you can still surpass them depending on how well you run your business.
You can surpass those who brought you in, especially when they leave, just like you might leave before the people you recruit.
Haha, I haven’t left yet. But thanks for the assumptions. You should try looking in a mirror, giving yourself a hug, and telling yourself you love you. It might help lift your mood, in my opinion.
Check out term4sale.com to make sure you’re getting a good rate. Compare the level premium period for the same coverage with other companies to see what they offer.
As a consumer, my main issues with Primerica are their prices and how they sometimes misrepresent the level premium period. The policy might last until you’re 95, but trust me, you won’t want to pay the premiums that long.

It always surprises me that no one selling IUL, VL, or VUL talks about the high cost of insurance in later years. With Primerica term insurance, you can switch to a decreasing term after age 70 to lower the cost. Plus, if you’ve invested well and paid off your mortgage, you likely won’t need as much coverage by then.
To work there? They are an MLM just so you know
