Is Colonial Penn Legit?

Is Colonial a legitimate business or a scam? I have a hard time trusting places that advertise on television. My husband is almost seventy-six, and we received a quote from AAA, but as retirees dealing with inflation, I’m not sure if we can afford it. I’m unsure if we should even try to get it.

Colonial Penn is a legitimate insurer with an A- financial strength rating from AM Best. However, it has received mixed reviews due to its limited offerings and focus on no-exam policies, which can lead to higher premiums for policyholders.

Yes, Globe Life and Colonial Penn are legitimate life insurance companies, both rated A in financial strength. However, Globe Life’s popular plan increases in price every 5 years until age 80, and Colonial Penn’s $9.99 plan is misleading, with limited coverage and a two-year waiting period. Consult a broker for better options.

Although Colonial Penn is a stable insurer with an A- financial strength rating from AM Best,* the company has received mixed reviews in other areas. This is partly due to its limited offerings and emphasis on no-exam policies, which often result in higher premiums for policyholders.

Damn, Colonial Pennsylvania. I’m an insurance broker who met with one of their recruiters. Their Commission Structure & Promotion Scale was strange and complicated. There were so many zigzags and lines, it was insane.
