Does anyone have a basic how too guide to understand life insurance? Preferably a YouTube video is helpful pictures I’m 29 and I think now’s the best time to buy it.

But the video is just the very basic description, and there are 2 different types of life insurance, term and permanent.
Term is most inexpensive type, but will only cover you for a specific period of time, from 10 years to 40 years.
Permanent coverage is expected to provide life insurance for your entire lifetime, and some products are guaranteed for life and some are not and could require higher payments in future.
When you come here, some will say term insurance is best, while others will recommend permanent whole life, IUL, or VUL. Ultimately, you need to decide what’s best for you and your family. Cost is also a major factor for many people.
