I recently looked into Transamerica’s term life insurance policies and had a positive experience. Their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the application process. I found their policy options comprehensive, with competitive rates compared to other providers I researched.

Transamerica is the absolute worst insurance company I’ve dealt with. Had a terrible time, their underwriting is just awful.

They have fully new leadership in the last two years and are devoting substantial time and money to enhancing their service and organization. They also have a long history in the industry and maintain a strong cash position.
