My psoriatic arthritis is in check with no recent flares and no active disease currently. I’m on lowest dose of medication and my last SED rate was 1.

I’m looking for the most reputable companies that will work with a 51 y/o Male arthritis patient to write a life insurance policy.

I got mine through Farmers in 2020 after AAA denied me (I was 40, F, also PsA diagnosis).

I’m in a similar boat with a health condition. I found some companies were willing to work with me. It can be a bit of a search, but you’ll find the right one.

Did you know you can call companies directly? Mutual of Omaha is a great place to start.

You should also check out accidental death quotes. There’s no medical underwriting, and you can get coverage quickly. Accidental death is the leading cause of death for ages 18-45 in the U.S., and you can get large coverage amounts for a low monthly cost.

Avoid going through an agent for this, or you might waste money. Agents are better for understanding your needs and finding more complex life insurance options.

I can relate to your situation. Finding the right life insurance can be tricky, especially with a health condition. I also had to search for reputable options that consider pre-existing conditions.
